Sever, Association of Police Veteran Societies is a voluntary and patriotic association of Sever Police Veteran Societies (PVD Sever). The members of PVD Sever are members of internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Slovenia or volunteers, who cooperated with bodies for internal affairs in the activities for the protection of democratic processes in Slovenia or during the war for Slovenia in 1991.

12 Sever Police Veteran Societies are included in the Association and they operate throughout Slovenia and have over 6,500 members.

We have decided to support Svit Programme in order to spread the news on the usefulness of this Programme among our members and to encourage the responsiveness for participation in screening tests for early detection of a dangerous colon disease. Due to the nature of police work, irregular and often unhealthy nutrition, stress etc., the members of Sever Association are a part of risk group therefore the responsiveness to screening tests is especially important.
